Detailed Physical Internet Roadmap 2nd Draft

This deliverable will incorporate all the findings and developments in the WP2 tasks to the date, being a final draft to be presented and further discussed in the 2nd industry and stakeholders workshop to be performed in Month 27.

1st Management and progress report

This deliverable will include the first 9 months financial and technical progress report. It will serve to test progress reporting and monitoring procedures and to ensure any corrective measure needed in the procedures is identified in the first part of the project.

First Report on Physical Internet Development Monitoring

In this report, the interim outcomes of the different tasks within this Work Package will be reported. The report will set the basis for intermediate and final reports and will aim to feed into the different sections of the Physical Internet Roadmap

3rd Management and Progress Report and Final Project report

This deliverable will include the M18-M30 financial and technical progress report and the final project report for the EC highlighting the main achievements of SENSE project as well as a summary of the key aspects and elements for future exploitation Building upon Deliverable 4.8. Post Project Exploitation Plan.

Dissemination Materials and Tools

This report will include and update of the Dissemination Materials used within the project. The initial release will be updated and reported in Deliverables D4.4 and D4.6

Data Management Plan

This Plan will be provided following the guidelines for such a plan as part of the SENSE participation in the “Pilot on Open Research Data”. The initial Plan will be updated in M18 and M30.

Detailed Physical Internet Roadmap draft

This deliverable will incorporate all the findings and developments in the different tasks of this Work Package to the date and will be the draft document to be presented and discussed in the 1st Industry and stakeholders workshop to be performed in Month 12.

Report on Dissemination, Communication and Stakeholders, Engagement Activities and reviewed Communication and Dissemination Plan

This report will include Dissemination, communication and Stakeholders engagement activities until M10 and a reviewed version of the Communication and Dissemination plan.

This deliverable will include the first 18 months financial and technical progress report.

Final Draft on Physical Internet Development Monitoring

In this report, the interim outcomes of the different tasks within this Work Package will be reported. The report will aim to feed into the different sections of the Detailed Physical Internet Roadmap Final Draft and will include the upgraded (SETRIS) methodology to gather initiatives and activities supporting the Physical Internet.

Final Report on Physical Internet Development Monitoring

This final Report will summary the findings of the activities performed in this Work Package. The report will include a comprehensive overview of the logistics and freight transport initiatives and research projects and European and national programmes their potential impacts and contributions to Physical Internet development.

Project Management Handbook

This deliverable incorporates all procedures related to the financial, administrative and technical reporting, progress management procedures including risk management plan, SENSE impacts assessment, as well as the quality assurance plan. Specifically, it incorporates materials and detailed explanation of procedures required to implement all Work Package Tasks including project deliverable templates, management and progress report templates, etc.

Communication, Dissemination and Stakeholders Engagement Plan 1st version

This report will include the aspects described in Task 4.1

Post Project Exploitation Plan

This report will describe how the results of SENSE will be further exploited after the project finalization. Note that the Final Exploitation Plan for the Project will be included in WP1 Deliverable D1.5. Final Report of the Project (M33)

Detailed Physical Internet Roadmap Final

After all the process and activities performed in this Work Package and with the input from the M29 workshop this Document will count with an ample endorsement and support from industry, research and administration.

Final version of the Knowledge Platform on Physical Internet

This Final version will be fully functional and operative.

Beta version of the Knowledge Platform on Physical Internet

This Beta version will be a user centric information platform accessible to all Physical Internet Community through ALICE Web structured as described in Task 3.4 and including all items identified in the other tasks.
