This deliverable will propose and compare alternative markets designs for multi-energy systems.Linked to task 3.2, due in Month 13 by VITO and supported by N-SIDE, EDF and EIFER

Cartography of the flexibility services provided by heating/cooling, storage and gas technology and systems to the electricity system

Description, benchmarking and technological barriers for implementation. Description of the flexibility services that could be provided by the different electrical, heating, storage and gas technologies and use cases (for centralized and decentralized production). Linked to task 1.1, to be submitted in M8 by MDH and supported by ENG, EDF, DTU, RSE, EIFER, CU, REG and EFFICA

Benchmark of markets and regulations for electricity, gas and heat and overview of flexibility services to the electricity grid

This deliverable will provide a benchmark of the EU electricity, gas and heat market and needed flexibility services towards the electricity grid. Linked to task 3.1, due in Month 6 by EDF and supported by REG, EIFER, VITO, DTU, RSE and EFFICA

KPIs and assessment procedure

Report describing the specified KPIs and the algorithms for evaluating them. Linked to tasks 6.1 and 6.2, due in Month 18 by DTU and supported by ENG, EMUASA, MDH, ACS, RSE, EIFER, REGE and Case study providers

Communication materials and tools

MAGNITUDE Public Website providing information about the project concept, expected results, publications, news and events. Project Leaflet, Technology Brochure, Newsletters (every 6 month), Press Releases (annually). Linked to taks 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4 and 7.6, due in Month 42 by ARTTIC and supported by all members.

MAGNITUDE policy recommendations

The recommendations will address market mechanisms, regulation and standardisation from a EU perspective to feed into the Energy Market Design 2030-2050 discussion. Linked to task 7.4, due in Month 44 by EHP and supported by EDF, EFFICA and ARTTIC.
