User workshop report

User Workshop Report: Report detailing the feedback from users and Experts Board on the preliminary assessment of the service and data products. Compiles recommendations for subsequent activities

Report on IPR management, dissemination and communication activities (M12)

The scope of this document is to report on IPR issues development and dissemination activities performed during the first, second and third year of the project. IPR development will consider use of background and identification, protection and dissemination of foreground. The dissemination activities are reported in distinct categories and their impact to the project progress is analysed in a qualitative and quantitative way. A copy of the quarterly newsletters due during year 1 will be included in this deliverable.

Integration verification report

This document describes the successful integration of the new products into the Silvisense service chain. It describes the verification that the processors and their input and output data files are integrated correctly into the service chain on all levels, such as archive, task scheduling and execution, web portal and WMS.

User assessment report

User assessment report from the workshops: Report compiling and analyzing feedback from existing and prospective users on the complete service and data products.

Report IPR management, dissemination and communication activities (M42)

The scope of this document is to report on IPR issues development and dissemination activities performed during the first, second and third year of the project. IPR development will consider use of background and identification, protection and dissemination of foreground. The dissemination activities are reported in distinct categories and their impact to the project progress is analysed in a qualitative and quantitative way. A copy of the quarterly newsletters due during year 3 will be included in this deliverable.

Dissemination and Communication Plan

Dissemination and Communication Plan containing major goals and means of the projects’ dissemination activities, as well as a targeted plan for exploitation activities. The dissemination activities will be organized in a top-down manner. The plan will depend on the target groups, and the stakeholder groups to be addressed.

Service level agreement template

This is a document describing the level of service expected by a customer from a supplier, laying out the metrics by which that service is measured and the remedies or penalties, if any, should the agreed-upon levels not be achieved.

Report on IPR Management, dissemination and communication activities (M24)

The scope of this document is to report on IPR issues development and dissemination activities performed during the first, second and third year of the project. IPR development will consider use of background and identification, protection and dissemination of foreground. The dissemination activities are reported in distinct categories and their impact to the project progress is analysed in a qualitative and quantitative way. A copy of the quarterly newsletters due during year 2 will be included in this deliverable.

Project website

A website focused on the FOCUS project will be created maintained and promoted The web platform will contain information such as the project objectives partners activities events publication etc and will provide the basis for a stakeholder contact database through a registration and invitation system

Project Factsheet

This 1-2 page project factsheet will contain information such as project description and scope, project features, main objectives and activities year by year, project duration, project partners and contact details.

Project Brochure

This promotional document will introduce a FOCUS service and inform prospective customers of the benefits. Brochure will be available in a printed and electronic format. It will contain project information such as introduction, objectives & methodology, work plan and activities, describes partnership and contacts.

Service brochure

This promotional document will introduce FOCUS service to potential customers. It will be a print publication used to highlight a project's benefits and results. It will be also available in a electronic format. It will be distributed by all members of the consortium at meetings, events and and by electronic mail.
