This deliverable is related to task 44 Part A Report on educational activities This report will summarize all educational activities covering key stakeholders of the circular valuesupply chains inside the two pilot demonstrations Using different training formats adapted to different stakeholder groups the report will list key personal staff and customers as well as the amount and type of educational activities providedPart B Evaluation report on the proposed circular supply chain Gathering data from the two demonstrators and creating evaluation metrics such as quality quantity and timing of product returns as well as associated cost values the report will evaluate the performance of both circular supply chain systems and compare them to their businessasusual settings
Demonstrator synergies reportThis deliverable is related to task 85 This deliverable will list the crosslearnings between the demonstrators It will therefore list the learnings from the circular methodologies and tools used by the white good demonstrator and the automotive part demonstrator and their synergies and crossfertilization opportunities
Dissemination reportThis deliverable is related to task 82 This deliverable will describe how well the consortium followed the dissemination plan In case dissemination plans are not followed as described in the deliverable Dissemination plan a rational explanation will be added why the initial plan was not followed or why the alternative dissemination was chosen The report will also highlight for instance in terms of number of exploited dissemination channels or reached audiences the intensityimpact of the dissemination efforts Before the final report is submitted in month 48 two internal dissemination reports will be released for the consortium partners in month 16 and 32 This report will ensure that the dissemination plan is followed up andor adjusted as needed
Standardization and interoperability reportThis deliverable is related to task 94 Report reflecting the consistency of developments and adoptions of the project towards existing remanufacturing standards and related teminologies Furthermore it sets out a plan for further developments beyond the project duration The report will also include the contribution made by the ReCiPSS project in the development of the Circular Economy standard through the involvement in the ISO Technical Committee ISOTC 323
Data management platform deployment reportThis deliverable is related to task 71 Report on the implementation of the software platform developed in WP5 in a production environment
Documentation (auto parts demonstrator)This deliverable is related to task 54 Report on the various IT systems used by the stakeholders in order to provide transparent access to the master data set
Circular business models evaluation reportsThis deliverable is related to task 24 Report on evaluation of creation delivery and capture of circular value at different stages of the demonstrator development taking into account all previous developments assumptions plans analysis results and necessary organizational changes Report will also contain the developped guidelines for systematic risk assessment in the implementation process of circular product systems
Demonstrator baseline and market characteristics reportThis deliverable is related to tasks 21 and 22 The report will include1 A systematic literature review of circular business models and potential innovative tools in relation to circular economy 2 innovative business models that can support the transition to circular systems in the white goods demonstrator or improve further an existing circular system in the automotive parts demonstrator
Report on non-technical barrier and legal issuesThis deliverable is related to task 61 This report will include an evaluation of all nontechnical barriers and legal issues for service based business models in the target EU countries including market access conditions legal frameworks for payperuse models liability issues related to multiple life cycles This will be a report based on the review of the stateoftheart scientific publications reports and legal documents This report will be a support to the OEMs to plan their demonstrators in a way that the ptential impacts of the identified barriers have been addressed and minimized
IPR registryThis deliverable is related to task 93 Registry of all project results in an IPR directory This report will include the identification and definition of IPRs
Circular design methodologies development status reportThis deliverable is related to task 34 Developing and applying multiplescenario casespecific circular design methodologies The deliverable will report on the development of design methods that are able to deal with multiple scenarios with a concurrent focus on reuse remanufacturing and recycling and a long timehorizon
Baseline and target design reportThis deliverable relates to task 31 Defining the current baseline and the target circular design methodologies This task will analyse and evaluate current design practices in place with the 2 OEMs in order to evaluate the impact of design strategies for reuse design for prolonged life design for remanufacturing and design for recycling The deliverable is a report on analyses and evaluation of current design practices in place with the 2 OEMs
Impact analysis reportThis deliverable is related to task 92 Report on development of a full business case for each demonstrator
Ecosystem reportThis deliverable is related to task 83 This report will include dissemination activities that will be carried out specifically for the industrial audience This report will include details of the activities such as purposes targeted industrial sectors and audience of each dissemination activity The report will also include an analysis of how the dissemination activities may have promoted the outcomes of the project in the relevant industrial sectors Furthermore the report will highlight how the ecosystem is useful and can be maintained beyond the project
Documentation (white goods demonstrator)This deliverable is related to task 53 Report on the integration of the IoT module in a washing machine enabling the gathering of sensor information and communication with the cloud
Circular supply/value chains implementation reportThis deliverable is related to task 43 Report on criteria for determining the physical infrastructure required for the circular valuesupply chain of both demonstrators and how those were used to design the infrastructures
Circular supply/value chains development reportThis deliverable is related to tasks 41 and 42Part A Report on best supply chain practices This report will present a detailed analysis of the best practices from industry in closed loop supply chain design as well as relevant concepts methodologies and standards It will provide the consortium with an overview of the stateoftheart in current supply chain methods that can contribute to the circular supply chain implementation identifying key methodological gaps and critical success factors for the implementation work This report together with the baseline reports from WP2 and WP3 will serve as basis for the design and optimization of demonstratorspecific circular valuesupply chains Part B This part of the report will focus on operational supply chain processes and elaborate the best feasible forward and reverse supply chain networks for the white good and the automotive parts demonstrator Where applicable simulation techniques will be used to support decision making Using casespecific scenarios the report will consider supply chain performance criteria such as materials management forecasting lot sizing inventory levels and transportation routes The impact of business model and product design configurations on circular supply chain performance will be analyzed which may include among others Endoflife design strategies reuse remanufacturing recycling on component module andor product level Length of product use phases Customer servicelevel agreements Product collection costThis deliverable will serve as input to infrastructure requirements of circular supply chains in D43 as well as for evaluation efforts in D44
Dissemination planThis deliverable is related to task 82 This deliverable will list the upcoming dissemination activities and results through a variety of channels It will include a detail plan of what to disseminate and to whom which channels and methods to be used and finally at what time It will also include a method of updating the dissemination plan as in 4 years the audiences may change and new dissemination channels may emerge
Exploitation plan updateThis deliverable is related to tasks 91 and 92 Report on updated exploitation strategy The report will provide a final overview of the ReCiPSS exploitation and business plan Final common exploitation strategy and clear individual exploitation plan and exploitation trends within the consortium will be provided The report will include a communication and sustainability strategy to set up the basis for the future viability of ReCiPSS
Analysis of the framework conditions for innovationThis deliverable is related to task 95 Report on two innovation deals targeting white goods and automotive industry Starting with an expression of interest EoI this report will address legislative obstacles to innovations that could bring wider societal benefits For the automotive industry the report will focus on EndofLife directives to consider remanufacturing of parts during the use phase Promotion of approaches that require workshops to propose remanufactured parts to customers Suggestion of programs that require government owned vehicles fleets to use remanufactured parts Removal of taxes that penalize remanufactured part exchangesFor the white goods industry the report will focus on EC regulations to require OEMs to maintain an inventory of spare parts for longer periods of time to encourage repairs of endoflife products as well as buildtolast design by OEMs Creation of tax incentives for consumerssuppliers shifting to circular economy consumptionproduction models
