A single metal oxide layer thickness influence to amorphous-to-crystalline transitions, size quantum confinement effect and its influence to crystallinity, optical absorbance and photoluminescence will be reported. An effect of chemical composition and architecture of 1D nanofibers templates (PAN, gelatine, PLA, etc.) to fundamental properties of the ALD deposited nanostructures will be analyzed.
