Surveys (si apre in una nuova finestra)Surveys will aim at assessing the satisfaction of the attendees regarding the overall organisation (logistics, venue, premises, etc.) and the quality of the five programme’s tracks. The surveys will also assess whether the attendees came for the first time and how they heard about ESOF 2018. Three different surveys will be designed and will target: • speakers and sessions organisers; • the attendees of the Scientific Programme; • the attendees of the Science in the city Programme
List of ESOF 2018 labelled events (si apre in una nuova finestra)The labelling campaign of scientific events “ESOF 2018 – Toulouse European city of science” has allowed a strong dynamic around ESOF at the regional level. The ESOF 2018 Delivery Team organises and oversees the labelling process of events organised by academics, scientific culture community, innovation sector and territorial institutions. The selection criteria are based on the scientific quality, the European dimension of the event, the involvement of society and of youth.
Analysis of the communication activities’ efficiency (si apre in una nuova finestra)The analysis of the survey’s responses will also support the efficacy of the communication activities led during the pre-event period.
