Material from the Stakeholder Forum

Event programme, presentations, pictures and videos, brochures, etc.

Outreach and communication report

Delivered together with the final report detailing communication activities of the consortium. It will be guided by the 2 internal communication and dissemination reports (in M 7 and 16) and based on the first experiences with the online compendium.

Webinars report

Webinar programme, presentations, participants' feedback, Q&A notes, etc.)

PLA reports

Brief reports on country-specific needs based on the work and discussions at the PLA. They will also serve as preparatory material for the webinars.

DEP I & CommS

Initial Dissemination and exploitation plan (DEP) and Communication strategy (CommS) will be prepared in M2. DEP will be based on the project methodology and consortium's agreed quality management plan, which will be prepare in parallel so as to ensure consistency and complementarity.

Quality management plan

Details of the project implementation: timeline, processes, deliverables, responsibilities and roles of partners, Advisory Board, steering committee, internal communication approach, channels and frequency, etc.

Stakeholder Forum report

The report will contain main discussion points, needs identified and addressed via GREET, conclusions from the event, etc.

DEP II & CommS

Revised DEP II & CommS in line with progress and based on the first internal communication and dissemination report in M7 (D6.4).

Websites, patent fillings, videos etc. (3)

PLA material

PLA programme, participants' list, presentations, pictures and videos, participants' feedback.

Recorded webinars

EDUFI will deliver a minimum of 3 thematic webinars for HEIs from the 9 target countries. The webinars will be recorded and shared via partners' websites and social media. With support of the consortium, the PLA participants will be encouraged to develop their own webinars for peer learning and training.

Online Compendium

Online multimedia compendium covering the following elements: 1) background of the project, visuals/infographics, 2) PLA: background, material and results reports 3) webinars: background, material, recorded webinars and results reports, 4) report and material from the Stakeholder Forum, 5) recommendations for policy makers (M17).
