Risultati finali

Released report on handling and installation (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Released report on handling and installation of 14+MW turbines, and the necessary equipment for the installation Partners will develop detailed logistics and installation plans, develop relevant method statements based on Task 2.3 outcomes and achieve preliminary release of method statements by external MWS. Verifiable indicator of success: Clear list and description of necessary equipment.

Reports on optimised fixed and floating substructures for 14+MW WEC JBO and the partners will assess implications of floating and fixed foundations including challenges and innovation potential for this new turbines generation. Due to the increased size a number of factors have to be taken into account in the upscaling of different types of foundations. Verifiable indicator of success: The reports are printed and distributed to the partners and relevant stakeholders.

14+MW generic WEC corrective maintenance procedures, including requirements on equipment (e.g. vessels) with recommended intervention strategies. WEC scheduled and corrective maintenance requires the mobilisation of vessels, equipment, and technicians to the offshore wind farm, and must be executed in variable and unpredictable weather. Method statements must be defined for preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure rapid, safe, and efficient intervention Verifiable indicator of success: A set of maintenance procedures and recommendations on intervention strategies

First communication material developed (si apre in una nuova finestra)

ReaLCoE will develop a set of traditional and wellestablished communication material to communicate the project aims and technical aspects in clear plain language Provision of regular communication activities linked to project milestones includeDevelopment of the project websitePreparation of project brochure and postersRegular publications and webcasts to scientific and industrial audienceTargeted promotion of project through social media channels partners websites and communication channels mainstream media as appropriateVerifiable indicator of success The milestones named above are in place and running

Quality and risk management are essential for a successful project implementation The EB assists the coordinator in the monitoring of the project progress and ensuring a high quality of work through implementing the following actions in cooperation with the coordinator and the WP leaders Verifiable indicator of success A risk mitigation plan has been developed and can be accessed

Dissemination and exploitation strategy and replication roadmap The primary aim is the coordination of the dissemination and exploitation of the knowledge, data and project results. It will include dissemination activities following the exploitation strategy, identification of target user groups and definition of partners to implement dissemination through the channels foreseen.Due date M86 Verifiable indicator of success: Elaboration of a replication roadmap identifying best practices and proposing replication paths

VVT and Certification Plan (si apre in una nuova finestra)

VVT and certification plan (M15) The creation of a VVT and certification plan requires a roadmap targeting appropriate guidelines, testing environment, testing scope as well as certification scope and standards. Verifiable indicator of success: All relevant aspects for the Set-up of a verification, validation, testing (VVT) and certification plan have been analysed and the plan is in place.
