Project Key Performance indicators table

The project progress will be continuously monitored. Key information about the progress and impact will be derived from the defined indicators, as timeliness of the deliverables produced and milestones. Monitoring will be necessary in order to make sure that actions carried out will have efficiently reached the fixed objectives measured by the key performance indicators (KPI).

Insurance legal frame-work

Throughout this task, it will be analysed the new legal framework of the innovative insurance approach. The first focus will be on Italian Legislation and the next step will be the analysis at European level (EU28). The task will be finalized with the consultancy support of n°2 leading law firms providing tax and statutory consulting service in the Italian and European insurance and taxation fields.

Report on completed communication activities

The strategy for the measurement of communication activities will include: creation and maintenance of a project website, illustrating project objectives, providing background information and updating on the project results, as well as promoting contact points for researchers and potential users; participation to the most relevant conferences to present the project results; production of promotional material to be handed during relevant events (i.e. flyers); promoting communication through all major mass media, and through social media networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube. At the end of the project, a Final Conference will be organized in order to show the results obtained.

Customer privacy policy

The privacy policy for data sharing will be analysed at three different levels: i) private usage cars, ii) fleet management and dealer usage cars, iii) government facilities and third parties. In addition, the legal framework for sharing data from fleet management will be analysed in terms of labour laws. Finally, legal analysis framework of sensitive data sharing with government facilities and third parties will be analysed in the context of security and antiterrorism threats management.

Plan of exploitation and dissemination of results (PEDR) - Final release

Final release - All partners will perform dissemination activities complying with the procedures on communication spelt out in the Consortium Agreement. At the end of the project, it will be organized a Final AIR Dissemination to show the achieved results. This event, which could be organized in form of a workshop, would include different players in the scientific, industrial, financial and social fields. It will also represent a good chance to put members of the consortium in front of potential clients (either on public or private field), investors, and end users.

FAIR Mobile App

A new APP will be developed for selling on-demand insurance products via web (B2C). The task will therefore assess the creation of web-services, the definition of mobile and web user interfaces and the development of server- side algorithms.

Implementation of a strong brand loyalty from customers, and the generation of a solid brand equity.
