Position paper on microbiome definition

Document providing an overview on currently used microbiome definitions and the recommendation for more standardized microbiome definition to be used in the future

Communication and dissemination plan containing information on key messages, targeted audiences and recommended communication channels (within the consortium but also towards external stakeholders) will be provided to all project partners

Standards available via national culture collections

Bacterial and fungal strains that are constituent of standards for microbiome research defined in Task 23 will be deposited in selected national culture collections and thus made available to research community

Concept of an IBF Website

The IBF website will be established at the domain wwwbioeconomyforumorg andregularly updated with the content provided by IBF members until the end of theMicrobiomeSupport project In M18 the main concept for this IBF website has beensubmitted to the IBF for review Lead FZJ Support VLO AIT
