The TRIGGER Steering Committee will be comprised of one authorised representative per partner and chaired by CEPS It is the main decisionmaking and arbitration body and in charge of overall development of the project The Steering Committee will meet every year and also ad hoc in case of major events or strategic decisions to be adopted In its meetings the Steering Committee will discuss the state of execution of the projects work packages and underlying tasks identify and tackle major risks by implementing and refining over time the risk mitigation and management plan decide on the selection of contractors eg for software development take major decisions such as the addition of new partners or the establishment of cooperation agreements with discuss the agenda of the workshops and conferences provide a forum for early discussion of research findings etc

Working paper on the economics of the EU multi-level governance (si apre in una nuova finestra)

The working paper will start from the economics of institutions and organizations to conceptualise the choice of the optimal level of integration for specific policy contexts. This analysis will then be coupled with a conceptual framework of the policy cycle to offer a more granular view of the governance choices to be adopted at the design, implementation and enforcement phases of policy. This overall framework will then be adapted to serve the purposes of the analysis of the macro, meso, and micro levels of EU integration.

The online atlas of the EUs involvement in global governance includes thea matrix of the EUs activities in the field andb first assessment of quality of actorness of the EU in the respective areas to be completed in WP3

The Quality Assurance Plan QAP will be the top tier document for project management purposes following the ISO 9001 criteria This QAP will be supported by a description of Project Procedures The QA Plan will set out the organisation for project management and defines the key criteria for planning and control of the technical work the budget and the programme As the project progresses and the specifications become more clearly defined these documents will be reviewed and updated as necessary There will be a number of Project Procedures setting out the arrangements for controlling the project and ensuring good communications cooperations and understanding between the partners Project progress will be monitored and reviewed against the timely delivery of the project deliverables to an acceptable quality and also against the indicators of success Quality review of publications is also foreseen through peer review of all deliverables by internal quality managers which will be appointed during the first meeting of the consortium Steering Committee There will be different quality managers for each subgroup of the Steering Committee Global Governance and the EU Technology and Governance Foresight and public engagement and Outreach and Communication For journal special issues doubleblind peer reviews will be set up
