D4.3 Report on the communication activities

The deliverable D4.3 Report on the communication activities is the final deliverable of WP4, which will be used to report on the communication and liaison activities. D4.3 will provide a report and assessment of the communication and liaison activities during the previous period (and a complete list of activities for the whole project.)

D4.2 Updated Communication Plan

The deliverable D4.2 Updated Communication plan will provide and inventory and results of the communication and liaison activities in the previous period and provide an updated version of the communication and liaison analysis and plans.

D3.2 Final Report on e-IRG Policy Activities

The deliverable D3.2 Final Report on e-IRG Policy Activities from WP3 Policy Support will provide an overview on the policy activities and document production in the first reporting period. e-IRGSP6 will append published e-IRG policy documents as annex to the deliverable.

D2.9 Final Report on User Satisfaction

The deliverable D2.9 Final Report on User Satisfaction will report on the monitored and analysed satisfaction of the participants in the e-IRG events in the second reporting period.

D4.1 Initial Communication Plan

D4.1 – Deliverable Initial Communication Plan. This will provide an analysis of audiences and available communication tools and formulate the overall communication and liaison goals. It will contain both a strategic and operational communication.The communication plan will include the plan for the stakeholder liaison plan. The communication plan will also include the plan for ”Dissemination and Exploitation of results”.

D3.1 First Report on e-IRG Policy Activities

The deliverable D3.1 First Report on e-IRG Policy Activities from WP3 Policy Support will provide an overview on the policy activities and document production in the first reporting period. e-IRGSP6 will append published e-IRG policy documents as annex to the deliverable.

D1.2 e-IRGSP6 Handbook

The project handbook describes the internal project structure, the quality assurance measures and the risk management in detail and thus provides guidance to new partners in the project. The handbook will also include quality control/quality assessment mechanisms for the output of the project.

Open Research Data Pilot (1)

D1.3 Data Management Plan

The deliverable D1.3 Data Management Plan will describe the treatment and handling of data collected during the course of the project. The deliverable will be in line with the template in the Model Grant Agreement and EC guidelines.
