Commercial Feasibility: Through an in-depth analysis of the target markets in Europe and developing world and the study of the existing competing solutions, we have identified the unmet user needs, best market entry and market upscale strategy, including pricing strategy. We have focused on the search of valid manufacturing partners and local distributors, and studied different customer groups and sale channels. For the developing countries, we have built a strong network of NGOs through which we have gathered local feedback about the need to develop a low cost INVI Bracelet specifically designed for developing countries. We have also carried out a Freedom to Operate and regulatory analysis to ensure a smooth market uptake without infringing any existing third party’s rights or regulation.
Financial Feasibility: With the forecasted production capacity, and our tiered price strategy, we have outlined our financial forecasts for the first 4 years of commercialization after PH2, showing a positive Return on Investment (ROI) from Y2 of commercialization and high impact in the growth of the company.
We included an in-depth risk analysis indicating any major event that could hamper or slow down the product development and launch to market, including mitigation measures.
