Regionale Unternehmen in der Normandie erhalten einen Schub
Die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der regionalen Wirtschaft hängt davon ab, wie gut die lokalen KMU die Möglichkeiten zur Entwicklung in Richtung auf den internationalen Markt nutzen können. EEN Normandy H2020 ist ein EU-finanziertes Konsortium, das aus der Entwicklungsagentur der Normandie und der internationalen Handelskammer der Normandie besteht. Es unterstützt KMU in der Region dabei, internationale Partner zu finden und innovative Ideen in wirtschaftliche Erfolge umzusetzen. Die Begünstigten des Key-Account-Management-Programms erhalten praktische Werkzeuge zur Verwaltung von Produktinnovationen. Das Konsortium wird auch den aktuellen Stand der Innovationsverwaltung der KMU bewerten, einen Aktionsplan vorbereiten und Maßnahmen vorschlagen, um Lücken und Engpässe zu beseitigen.
Ziel
This project corresponds to the Enterprise Europe Normandie work program for the EEN H2020 activities in 2019. This consortium includes 2 partners: CCI Normandie and AD Normandie.
This specific action is divided into two Work packages. The first one called “Key Account Management” (KAM) will target the beneficiaries of the SME Instrument. The Key Account Managers will ensure that the beneficiaries receive the most appropriate services to underscore the successful and profitable exploitation of their innovation project. The second one called “enhancing SME innovation management capacity” (EIMC) will target SMEs with significant innovation activities and a high potential of internationalization. The consortium advisors will deliver a quality management assessment and support services to conduct innovation processes in a more effective way. They will be in charge of assessing innovation
management capacity of the company and to develop an action plan with the support of an diagnostic tool.
