Criminal Procedure Report

Criminal Procedure Report (R, PU) that aims to make an assessment of the current criminal procedure legislation in regard to electronic evidence extracted from mobile devices in the initial stages of the project’s implementation. It lays the ground for further actions on the project, in order for the results from FORMOBILE to be compliant with the rules for admissibility of evidence.
