A scholarship programme will be established by the University to motivate successful researchers to stay in research Additional funding through appraisal schemes will help them continue their research career and develop even further The scholarship programme will be launched right after the project completion aimed at attracting and retaining highprofile researchers

In cooperation with experts in partner institutions the YSMU trained staff and others with relevant skills will prepare a training programme and manuals for further spread of information throughout YSMU staff and the coming generations of ESRs
