completion of the network-wide meetings' schedules

Schedules of all network-wide meetings will be issued every 8 months, starting at month 7. As network-wide meetings will be conducted at various locations, there will be several lead beneficiaries, namely WU, UCL, QUB, AD, UNISTRA and HDPR.

bimonthly newsletter launched

A newsletter detailling the most representative achievements of the consortium and giving news about the progress of the project. As mutual lead beneficiaries of WP7, both AD and UNISTRA are the actual lead beneficiaries of this deliverable.

annual scientific publications portfolio

A portfolio of all scientific publications that will have been made during the past year in the frame of the TACT project. Three portfolios will thus be made, at month 18, 30 and 42. All beneficiaries should be lead beneficiaries for this deliverable.

meetings reports

Report of all essential aspects discussed during the network-wide meetings, whether they be scientific or not. Sensitive results will not be disclosed as this report will be made public. Reports will be made every 8 months, until month 40.

kick-off press release

A document sent to the press that officially announces the beginning of the project. As mutual lead beneficiaries of WP7, both AD and UNISTRA are the actual lead beneficiaries of this deliverable.

translated and adapted versions of exhibition contents

As the final exhibition aims at being as accessible to an international audience as possible, each text, figure, etc. will have to be translated to all languages spoken in the TACT consortium. As mutual lead beneficiaries of WP7, both AD and UNISTRA are the actual lead beneficiaries of this deliverable.

public press releases portfolio

A portfolio regrouping all press communications and releases concerning TACT's work, including the publication of all collated short graphic novels. As mutual lead beneficiaries of WP7 both AD and UNISTRA are the actual lead beneficiaries of this deliverable.

YouTube tutorials channel launched

A YouTube channel dedicated to tutorials in the diverse fields the ESRs will conduct their research projects in. As mutual lead beneficiaries of WP7, both AD and UNISTRA are the actual lead beneficiaries of this deliverable.

production of three short scientific animations

Three short scientific animations (e.g. “what is cancer?”, “how does a traditional chemotherapy work?” and “what are targeted therapies?”) will be created by a professional studio (such as Ella Maru's http://www.scientific-illustrations.com/). Those three animations will then be narrated by ESRs who will have participated in the elaboration of the script. The videos will then be posted on different platforms (TACT’s website, Twitter and Facebook accounts). All beneficiaries should be lead beneficiaries for this deliverable.

online publication of all exhibition contents

All exhibition materials will be made available to the widest audience under a CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license to be further exploited by other institutions. As mutual lead beneficiaries of WP7, both AD and UNISTRA are the actual lead beneficiaries of this deliverable.

creation of a test online chat group on Esperity

A collaboration with the international cancer patients’ community Esperity (https://www.esperity.com/en) will be set up, where ESRs and their supervisors will create online chat groups dedicated to a particular cancer-related topic of their choice (e.g. ADCs, immunotherapies, pancreatic cancer). They will be the chat groups’ moderators and will answer patients’ questions regularly. The experience will first be conducted over a few weeks and extended or repeated if it were to prove fruitful. All beneficiaries should be lead beneficiaries for this deliverable.

online website and social media accounts

Website of the TACT project and all social media accounts connected to it

completion of the PM recruitment

Recruitment of a Project Manager.

TACT's yearly participation in at least one public event
