The call will inform Sicilian and Thessalian SMEs about the possibility to get a voucher to be spent on workplace innovations activities, goods, tools and other. It will be published by the consortium members in all official channels either in Italian and either in Greek language.
Online Manual of Good Practices on Workplace Innovation (öffnet in neuem Fenster)The partners will develop an innovative model to allow Southern European SMEs to find simple, immediate and innovative solutions to increase the employee motivation and productivity, which will be translated into added value for the business and more benefits for the entrepreneurs. The Model of Good Practices on Workplace Innovation will be exemplified through an online manual which will illustrate four main themes (1. jobs and teams; 2. organizational structures, management and procedures; 3. employee driven improvement and innovation; 4. co-created leadership and horizontal structure) and two level of implementation for each subject (simple and hard).
