Report describing the way data generated and collected during the project will be handled (storage, sharing, access, etc.), according to the template for such a plan given in the guidelines on data management in the H2020 Online Manual. This deliverable is a living document, being constantly updated, and will evolve during the lifetime of the project in order to present the status of the project's reflections on data management (v2).

This report gathers the specifications and requirements defined for the PeLiFi system in T2.3. It includes both functional and non-functional requirements of the PeLiFi system, as well as a complete and detailed description of the technical specification for the development of the PeLiFi prototype and its integration with other components.

This final version of the report will be submitted at the end of the project providing a detailed description on the IPRs of all PeroCUBE developments.
