Inclusive Transformation Plan of Lucca into a Hum-an Smart City

This deliverable will gather the results of the two-ways co-design process applied to the co-design of Lucca as a hum-animal city described in Task 3.2. Co-design workshops will be organized in the city by partners TSR, UNIPI, LUCCA and LCREA, with the involvement of the group of community representatives selected in task 3.1 and the active engagement of the community activators (duly trained by partner TSR, see WP5).

Report on IHW-1

The report will analyze the ongoing effects of the deployed VIS in the IHW of the 4 cities.

Gendered Landscapes in the 4 IN-HABIT Cities

These reports will gather the data collected from the municipalities and key stakeholders (also through behavioural games) to provide the dimensions of the gendered and diversity landscape which will be used in each city to construct gendered and diversity interactive maps accessible via IHABITAPP as well as help develop dedicated services (bus tours, street lighting, etc).

Dissemination and Communication Plan

This plan will be co-defined in close cooperation with the partner cities and will include the project visual identity and its graphic releases, communication guidelines and the launch communication pack for the launch campaign in every city

Inclusive Transformation Plan of Nitra

This deliverable will gather the results of the two-ways co-design process applied to the co-design of the reversible multifunctional open-source urban landscape in Nitra as described in Task 4.2. Co-design workshops will be organized in Las Palmeras neighbourhood by partners TSR, SUA, NITRA, HIDE, with the involvement of the group of community representatives selected in task 4.1 and the active engagement of the community activators (duly trained by partner TSR, see WP5).

Innovative PPPPs and financial mechanisms for IHW in Riga

The report will describe the main activities undertaken in Riga's PPPP and the main results achieved

Inclusive Transition Pathways (one for each IN-HABIT City)

Inclusive Transition Pathways will be co-defined by local partners and stakeholders in every city following the toolkit (D5.1) and the training process.

Inclusive Impact Assessment Plan

The deliverable will describe the co-designed and validated set of Key Impact Indicators on Inclusive Health and Well-being and the impact assessment methods and tools to be used in each pilot city

The report will gather the results from the different activities developed in NItra and propose a comprehensive guideline for upscaling the VIS co-deployed in other areas, with a special focus on followers cities. It will not only include the positive outcomes, but also the barriers found and how they have been overcomed

This report will summarise the results of the second round of experimental procedures deployed in each city games.

Stakeholders Engagement with GDEI perspective Toolkit

The Toolkit will provide a set of guidelines, methods and tools for the wider engagement of stakeholders in the PPPPs. It will include instructions for stakeholders mapping and local needs assessment, selection criteria, incentives mechanisms, structure, working rules and diversity management procedures, co-design methodology, and all the necessary guidelines and templates for the creation and management of the four local IN-HUBS.
