TSO balancing markets requirements for EC flexibility services

The deliverable include details about the technical requirements for the participation of the Energy Community (EC) for the provision of Balancing and Ancillary Services to the system operators of the pilots’ control areas.

New tariff structures

The deliverable include the description of the proposed new tariffs for identified community configurations

Legal and technical requirement of balancing markets

The deliverable include the description of the main technical and legal barriers to deploy demand-side management strategies such as peak shaving, load balance and load shifting and the relevant standards to comply with an open and interoperable information exchange model and emerging Smart Grid standards. These standard specifications, as well as the technical and legal barriers will be analysed and converted into requirements, assuring that the solution will be fully interoperable and accepted in the market and offer smooth implementation and operation, enabling direct market integration in the various electricity markets.

Project brand book

The deliverable include the details regarding the definition of graphical identity of the project and publication rules.

Dashboard validation report

The deliverable include details about the validation tests results of the new UIs modules and functionalities with the different stakeholders

EC flexibility services models

The deliverable include the details of the flexibility services to be provided by the VPP modelled in task 42

Pilot sites survey and audits report

The deliverable include the sites description, installation requirements and energy-related baselines.

Dashboard implementation

The deliverable includes the design and implementation of interfaces modules for community managers and community members following identified requirements

The deliverable include the details of the market design study for Flexible Communities.

Final system evaluation

The deliverable include a report on consolidated system evaluation
