The toolkit will be a key resource made available on the website of EATRIS international collaboration intiative Translation Together It will include international recommendations and educational guidance targeted at academia and industry researchers seeking to perform translational research

Guidelines for the development of reference values

Document describing guidelines on how to create reference values methodology statistical considerations workflows applied to transcriptomic proteomic and metabolomic studies

Alliance of Medical RI position paper on Personalised Medicine

The paper will describe joint positions of three medical Research Infrastructures (BBMRI, EATRIS, ECRIN) on key aspects of personalised medicine research.

Quality criteria for global expansion of the repository of multi-omic reference values

Document describing the quality assessment criteria for developing reference values for omic technologies indicating the process of sample management, sample analysis, use of reference materials and sample number
