H-CLOUD Web portal

This consists of a first version of the H-CLOUD web portal, which will be regularly enriched and updated to reflect the planned work and ongoing H-CLOUD activities and more broadly ECC initiative and other projects’ work, including a private web area dedicated to the project partners to coordinate the work and share documents.
