Regional Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) Maps

The mutual learning process SWOT analysis and other reflective practices will lead to the shared production of Regional Responsible Research and Innovation RRI Maps one for each regional cluster involved in the project These maps will contribute to showing efforts which TRANSFORM regional RI ecosystems are performing towards the inclusion of RRI elements within their RI activities and funding and will serve as an inspiration for existing innovation scoreboards which would benefit from integrating RRI indicators

This report is the second annual report from Tasks 73 and 74

Offline deliberative process

An extensive offline deliberative process will be put into place as a second stage of the whole participatory research agenda setting exercise in Lombardy Lessons learned from the experience will be collected in a digital report to be disseminated among policymakers and interested actors in deliberative and participatory processes for regional RI policymaking

Mid-term Policy Brief

A policy brief will be developed after the 1st review as mid-term outcome for policymakers willing to embark on RRI exercises in S3.

Policy Recommendations to transforming regional R&I systems towards RRI

The mutual learning process will lead to the shared production of this outcome aimed at inspiring regional governments and local authorities who would like to replicate transform processes and implement RRI components within their RI policies

Strategic Roadmaps for the implementation and support of territorial RRI through design thinking for social innovation within S3 priorities

An executive report comprehensive of guidelines on the applied methodology to collect all activities carried out in the BrusselCapital Region thanks to TRANSFORM will be finalized and released at the end of the process

"Communication and Dissemination Plan (including ""Events"")"

A first version of the Communication and Dissemination Plan will be produced at M3. It will outline the project’s activities, target audiences, key messages and communication channels for the dissemination. The plan will also include a list of events, both TRANSFORM-organised as well as the preliminary suggestions for external dissemination events.

List of Regional Think Tanks members

Each regional cluster, led by their respective WP leaders, engages relevant local stakeholders with the aim of contributing to mapping, reflecting and action development. The final list of members of each regional Think Tank will be delivered by M4.

TRANSFORM: An assessment of Outcomes and Impacts

This report will be a scientific publication that will provide the final assessment of TRANSFORM activities that is it will disseminate the final results of Task 74 together with other WP7 results as found fit

Report on cluster-specific societal, geographical, economic and environmental frameworks

Two analysis, to help regional clusters to reflect on their place within the larger societal, geographical, economic and environmental framework while planning cluster activities, will be performed within each cluster: SWOT analysis and Peer groups with Think Tank members. Outcomes of this exercise will be collected in a report.

Shared learning Action Plan

The Shared learning Action Plan will provide a detailed planning of shared learning activities throughout the project duration. Clusters will regularly share updates on ongoing activities, pros and cons of the methodological approach adopted, challenges to institutional changes, and impact of concrete changes achieved.

Updated Communication and Dissemination Plan (including “Events”)

Communication and Dissemination Plan is revised and updated at M18 to fine-tune activities according to any substantial change that can affect the plan.

Strategic Roadmaps for the implementation and support of territorial RRI through Citizen Science strategies within S3 priorities

An executive report comprehensive of guidelines on the applied methodology to collect all activities carried out in Catalonia thanks to TRANSFORM will be finalized and released at the end of the process

The TRANSFORM Monitoring and Evaluation Guide, final version

This report will be a scientific publication that will disseminate the integrated results from most of the tasks in WP7 Tasks 71 72 73 and 74

Summary of needs definition through Design Thinking workshops

Summary of specific community needs and challenges to address, within the field of circular economy, emerged from design-thinking participatory workshops.

Final event report

A report of the final conference particularly addressing international and regional policy makers wishing to be informed of the project results with the objective to be inspired and replicate them will be produced

Outcomes of the regional co-creation process and pilot selection

This deliverable presents outcomes of the regional cocreation process which will lead to the selection of the pilot regional project through quadruplehelix stakeholder engagement

"Final dissemination report (including ""Events"")"

A final dissemination report will be produced and released at M36

The TRANSFORM Monitoring and Evaluation Guide, 1st version

This report will describe the basis for the further monitoring and evaluation work in WP7. It will be the result of Tasks 7.1 and 7.2, including the consultation workshops in the various regions.

Impact Pathways for RRI Initiatives in Regional R&I Ecosystems

This report will be a scientific publication that will disseminate the results from Task 75

Project e-book

A final project ebook will be produced to present the experimentation processes of all the three clusters explored and will represent as an easytouse guide for policymakers and local stakeholders to implement RRI and participatory approaches in S3

Communication toolkit

Communication material templates (such as letterhead, presentation layout, deliverables and milestones templates, banners) and a project leaflet will be developed. The toolkit will be made available in English, in most common and/or high definition formats and ready to be adapted – for local needs and in local languages - and printed.

Project branding and visual identity guide

Visual identity guidelines and project branding will be developed to be used in all the communication means (online and offline) to facilitate the awareness of the project. A visual identity guide will be also produced, in order to promote the correct use of the project branded material.

Data Management Plan

A Data Management Plan (DMP) will be developed to outline the details and procedures of how the project partners will handle data generated in the project according to the relevant aspects of making data FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable and re-usable), including what data the project will generate, whether and how it will be made accessible for verification and re-use, and how it will be curated and preserved. The DMP will be regularly updated.
