Report on the second iteration for the identification, assessment and selection of operational improvements

This deliverable includes the results of a a second round of identification assessment and selection of potential improvements

Definition of reference scenario including technological and operational boundary conditions and air traffic sample

This deliverable will include the description of the reference scenario that contains the technological and operational boundary conditions and an appropriate air traffic sample as well as a description of the business-as-usual air traffic operations.

Data Management Plan

This deliverable will include all the procedures for data management.

Report on the climate impact of the first set of operational improvement options

This deliverable includes the climate imapct of the first set of operational improvement options

Recommendations

This deliverable will include recommendations tailored to individual target stakeholders

First report on Communication and Dissemination activities

This deliverable will include a summary of the communication and dissemination activities implemented from M1 to M20 including an evaluation of the impact and effectiveness of those activities and an update of the initial plan if necessary

Report on the assessment of operational improvements against identified KPIs

This deliverable will include the results of the assessment of operational improvements against identified KPIs.

Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation Plan

This deliverable will include the detailed plan of all the project’s communication, dissemination and exploitation activities. A first draft of the plan will be ready at month 6. The project will then be constantly updated until the end of the project.

Inventory of operational improvement options

This deliverable will include an inventory of operational improvements that have the potential to reduce significantly the impacts of aviation in terms of CO2 and non-CO2 emissions.

Definition of climate and performance metrics

This deliverable will include the climate and performance metrics identified in T1.1

Final Report on the Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation activities

This deliverable will include a summary of all the communication dissemination and exploitation activities implemented from M21 to M42 including an evaluation of their effectiveness and impact

Report on the selcetion and review of operational improvements to be investigated

This deliverable includes the selection of operational improvements that provide best laternatives in terms of climate impact mitigation.

Report on stakeholders' Validation

This deliverable will include the results of the validation activities carried out in the WPs in accordance with T45 Stakeholders Consultation

This deliverable will include documentation of adaptation of the combined air traffic and climate impact simulation and modelling of operational improvements

Project Management Plan

"This deliverable will guide both project execution and project control. The primary uses of the project plan will be to document planning assumptions and decisions, facilitate communication among the Consortium, and document approved scope, and schedule. It will include ""a MS-Project compatible Gantt chart compliant with the schedule guidelines."
