Acciones de orientación que impulsan la innovación y la competitividad económica en Turquía
La innovación y los conocimientos técnicos, si no van acompañados de cierta experiencia comercial, a menudo pueden quedar desaprovechados. Esto genera un gran impacto tanto para las propias pymes como para las economías y el público general, que podrían beneficiarse de esos novedosos avances. Acelerar la innovación y mejorar la competitividad económica de pymes innovadoras, ese es el doble objetivo del proyecto financiado con fondos europeos SMEntorEGE. El equipo del proyecto se está centrando en la formación y orientación de pymes en Turquía, tanto aquellas que están en las fases iniciales de crecimiento como en las que han obtenido financiación de la UE pero necesitan ayuda para aprovechar de forma óptima los recursos del proyecto. SMEntorEGE conducirá a métodos normalizados de apoyo a la innovación, así como a una aceleración satisfactoria del potencial innovador de las empresas que reciben la orientación.
Objetivo
The general objective of SMEntorEGE is to support the regional SMEs to increase their efficiency and effectiveness in investments for research, development and innovation by improving their existing innovation capabilities, thus contributing to smart growth.
The project SMEntorEGE aims to provide mentoring and coaching services to two different target groups of SMEs with the objective of increasing and accelerating the economic returns from innovation. The project has two main target groups:
1. SMEs with real potential for international growth via product/process/service/business model innovation but who lack the knowledge, skills or ability to manage innovation activities as a result of lack of offers and guidance.
2. SMEs who are the beneficiaries of “SME Instrument” (either in Phase I or Phase II of the project), Fast Track to Innovation (FTI) and Future and Emerging Technologies Open (FET-Open) but who need technical support and coaching in innovation management to enhance successful exploitation of the project and its contribution to the companies’ growth.
As a result of the project, new types of standardised innovation support methodologies will be developed, the skills of the staff from the existing consortia will be improved, comprehensive innovation support will be given, EEN will be embedded in Regional Innovation Ecosystem, closer cooperation will be established between key innovation support providers and relevant stakeholders.
