Objective
OBJECTIVES
Unfortunately, we are forced to acknowledge today that criminal behaviour amongst young people is on the increase. In the majority of cases, these young people are still under initial training and are therefore in contact with teachers, trainers, tutors, etc. In this context, this project proposes to develop training modules for the people involved in the process of training these young people with a view to combining technical training with character development and stabilisation. The partners therefore intend to develop educational and methodical elements for initial training in order to reduce the tendency of the young to commit crimes.
ACTIVITIES
The project intends firstly to exchange experiences of this phenomenon between trainers and training advisors and to establish models as illustrations. The second stage of the project provides for the development of course background material to provide teachers and trainers with the skills to prevent young people committing criminal acts, as well as the development of educational and methodological elements which can be adapted to the different fields of activity of the trainers. To ensure that as many results as possible are transferred, the partners intend finally to write manuals and guides containing case studies.
