Summer school 1 training material

A summer school targeting PhD students and earlystage researchers will be held in parallel with each conference task 31 Thus the first summer school will be hosted by VMU in M18 and the second one by LEI in M30 The summer schools will focus on the following topic Topic summer school 1 VMU Highquality research preparation and results dissemination Topic summer school 2 LEI Advanced WastetoEnergy technologies and their applicationsEach summer school will host up to 24 participants Six seats will be reserved for LEI and VMU studentsearly stage researchers The presentersinstructors will be senior researchersprofessors from the TWINPEAKS consortium The training material presentations handouts videos etc of each summer school will be releasedas a public deliverable D41 and D42 published on the projects website for the broadest dissemination

Website

WIP will design and maintain a project website used to promote the project and WtE research and technology The website will be online by M06 and regularly updated during the course of the project and 3 years after the project ends The website will contribute together with social media communication to the online communication strategy detailed in the draft dissemination and communication plan The audience of the website and social media communication will be monitored and reported in the annual dissemination communication and exploitation annual reports written by LEI D34 D37 and D39 The communication on social media will focus on linking to the website to bring audience to it

Promotion materials

The consortium will update the draft dissemination exploitation and communication plan provided in section 22 at the beginning of the project It will be released as deliverable 32 by LEI by M06 The performance of all the dissemination communication and exploitation actions planned in deliverable 32 will be reviewed every year in the dissemination communication and exploitation annual reports written by LEI D34 D37 and D39 by using the KPIs detailed in section 222Part of the communication actions will be to produce promotion materials such as a leaflet and a poster to promote the project They will be distributed to target audiences in conferences Task 31 32 outreach events Task 35 summer schools Task 42 PhD symposiums Task 43 recruitment fairs Task 44 problemsolvingcontests task 45 They will also be available for download on the project website Task 36 A project logo and graphical charter will be produced for this occasion They will be released by M04 as deliverable 31 and complete the online promotion done in Task 36

The Lithuanian partners will organise two international scientific conferences on WtE in Lithuania In M18 at VMU In M30 at LEIIn both cases WIP who has great experience in organising conferences will actively support the Lithuanian partners in terms of planning and logistical management of the eventsThe conferences will have the following themes VMU Conference on Moving towards sustainable customer behaviour in the 4th industrial revolution LEI Conference on Prospects of advanced wastetoenergy technologies in the Baltic regionThe TWINPEAKS project partners will constitute the conference committee and will all contribute to the organisation Each conference will last 3 days and will be restricted to researchers and students except a series of keynote sessions open to all publics in order to disseminate academic knowledge to the broadest audience It is expected each conference will attract 40 national and international researchers Two researchers from each of the Twinning partners will be invited as plenary speakersThe conferences will also include a PhD symposium Task 43 and will overlap with a summer school Task 42 so that students and earlystage researchers can also participate in the conferenceThe conference will be advertised and reported on the project website and social networks Task 35 The consortium will also distribute leaflets about the project Task 33 during the conference and present it during the inauguration ceremony of the conferenceLEI will write conference proceedings that will serve as the deliverable reporting the event deliverables 36 and 38 The conference attendance review will be part of the dissemination communication and exploitation annual reports written by LEI D37 and D39

Report on users and stakeholders identification and needs/behaviours (survey/focus groups)

VMU will identify the key groups of stakeholders of the WtE value chain eg users technology developers service suppliers policy makers etc and send a survey questionnaire to a representative panel of Lithuanian stakeholders VMU will be helped by the Association of Lithuanian Chambers of Commerce to disseminate the questionnaire The aim of the questionnaire is to collect data on awareness and opinion about WtE technologies in Lithuania The final result of the survey is expected by M10Then VMU will recruit one Lithuanian representative of each group of stakeholders to participate in a focus group The focus group will be held in parallel with one of the outreach events Task 35 The goal of the focus group is to understand the drivers of adoptionrejection of WtE technologies in LithuaniaA final report on both the survey and the focus group will be released as deliverable 35 by M18 This report will allow to identify stakeholders needs that can be addressed by the research of the consortium It will be publicly available for download on the project website Task 36

Past peer-reviewed publications

The task will be to introduce in the Continuous reporting tool on the Funding and tenders portal before the end of month 2 of the project peerreviewed publications in the particular field of research of the coordinating entity during the three years preceding the start date of the project After this date only the projectrelated current publications should be added to the list The deliverable will be a onepage statement that the task has been completed

Data management plan

The Project Coordinator as the chair of the Project Steering Committee will lead the task of overall project coordination and risk management Monitoring timely compliance by the partners with their task obligations and deliverables Providing an interface between the European Commission and the consortium to ensure that all project activities follow an integrated approach and the project is implemented according to the grant agreement Being chief spokesperson for the project and participating in dissemination and outreach events Monitoring the potential risks that may occur in the course of the project and implement the mitigation measures as necessary Manage any potential ethical issue arising in the implementation of the project Manage intellectual property rights according to the planAny important decision to be made regarding the execution of the project or the exploitation of its results will involve a collegial decision by the Project Steering CommitteeLEI as a coordinator of the project will lead the production by the consortium of a detailed data management plan in compliance with the template provided by the EC Annex I of Guidelines on Data Management in Horizon 2020 An initial version will be produced early in the project D51 M5 which is then updated for the projects final reviewLinked to Task 61
