Quality Plan

The Quality Plan will be produced at the outset of the project and will be used by all partners throughout the project It will detail the quality procedures and standards for all major project activities it will set out communication procedures for the project eg a document repository service and collaborative workspace a mailing list internet video conferencing etc It will include a model for the Risk Issue Log to be used by the Project coordinator listing any identified risks and the relevant contingency plan Finally the Quality Plan will include a set of relevant indicators to evaluate project results and progress which will be measured from a baseline date to the end of the project in key phases or periods The Data Management Plan will be developed during the first six months of the project and it will detail what data the project will generate how it will be exploited and made accessible for verification and reuse and how it will be curated and preserved

Data Management Plan

BIG aims to participate in the Pilot on Open Research Data in Horizon 2020 thereby adopting the best EU practices in terms of data research management Management of research data in BIG will follow the procedures and approaches set in the Guidelines on Data Management in Horizon 20206 including the preparation of a detailed Data Management Plan DMP within the first six months of the project
