D6.1 Communication and Dissemination strategy with Dissemination kit

Dissemination and Communication Strategy will be closely aligned with the other WPs activities The Dissemination and Exploitation strategy will constitute the document outlining the activities channels tools and timing at the basis of the projects dissemination and communication During the kickoff meeting the preliminary Dissemination and Exploitation strategy will be prepared and made available to the whole consortium In this document all the activities and timelines will be described as well as the target groups and aim of each dissemination activity

The Roadmap must provide longterm sustainability to achieve the full exploitation of a tailormade training scheme targeted at UNSPMF staff with the aim of increasing the overall institutional capacities to attract more external funding for research to increase the number of successful grant applications to improve proposal writing management and implementation skills and efficient administrative support to researchers

D1.4 Report on the Evolution of the publications in high impact journals in the relevant research fields

To evaluate the impact of activities in Horizon 2020 Key Performance Indicators KPI are required For this reason the Commission services developed the following Widening KPI Evolution of the publications in high impact journals in the relevant research fields This indicator measures the evolution compared to a reference period of three years prior to the signature of the grant agreement in of the peerreviewed publications in high impact journals in the top 10 impact ranked journals in the given research fields of the research organisations on average in lowperforming countries funded under the ERAChair measures The deliverable will be a onepage statement that the task has been completed

Consortium partners will submit the manuscripts based on their collaborative research to at least three scientific journals with a minimum impact factor of 25 as open access publications based on OA availability

Project handbook will describe the internal procedures of the EXtremeClimTwin consortium in terms of management structures communication and collaboration as well as quality control measures It also defines the way the partners should deal with ethical issues related to data collection analysis and storage The draft version will be delivered during the first 6 months and it will be updated regularly

The use of a Data Management Plan DMP is required for projects participating in the Open Research Data Pilot53 which aims to improve and maximise access to and reuse of data generated by project The DMP will reflect the status of the data that will be produced This includes identifiers and description for each data set reference to existing suitable standards description of how data will be shared and description of the procedures that will be put in place for longterm preservation

Social media will be deployed to raise awareness of the work undertaken by the project and the most suitable social media channels will be selected
