Gestión remota de pacientes durante la pandemia de la COVID-19
La gestión remota de pacientes (GRP) es una tecnología de telemedicina «uno a varios» capaz de aumentar rápidamente la capacidad de los sistemas sanitarios. Gracias a la GRP, el personal sanitario puede ayudar de forma simultánea a varias personas, sin limitaciones de ubicación o tiempo. La empresa de tecnología médica COVID-19 Telemedicine ApS ofrece protocolos clínicos para el control y la gestión a distancia de pacientes. Un proyecto homónimo —COVID-19 Telemedicine— financiado con fondos europeos potenciará esta propuesta hasta llevarla al siguiente escalón de madurez tecnológica. Esta GRP reducirá la exposición del personal a los contagios, la cantidad de hospitalizaciones y visitas a urgencias y la duración de los ingresos, pero también ofrecerá tranquilidad para aquellos pacientes que sufran la ansiedad de estar en cuarentena o en aislamiento en el hogar. Se trata de una herramienta de gestión de enfermedades infecciosas con triaje automático, lo que significa que emplea los recursos de un modo eficiente y tiene un gran nivel de modulabilidad, algo realmente útil para luchar contra la COVID-19 y otras pandemias que pudieran surgir en el futuro.
Objetivo
COVID-19 telemedicine will provide the solution for remote monitoring and telemedicine for COVID-19 patients. The platform is developed for COPD and heart patients over the past 6 years and with this project we will be able to innovate home-monitoring, scale it up massively and collect big data to analyse the development and patterns through AI. The result will be a fully rolled-out infectious disease management tool for governments all over Europe that will reduce casualties from COVID-19 as well as prepare governments for the next wave of epidemics.
The company is formed to meet the need for a solution for the COVID-19 outbreak. This innovation forms the foundation of the company and the team is put together because they are the right people to execute the vision of actually making a major impact against the novel corona virus. They are experts in scaleup, product development, fundraising, marketing and communication. The support and interest in the solution is massive even at this TRL 8 stage of the first two parts of the full innovation that is threesome. This innovation project will elevate the solution to save lives!
