CURRENT DIRECT – Swappable Container Waterborne Transport Battery

Design Recommendations for the for the Current Direct Energy as a Service (EaaS) software platform will clearly describe verifiable, independent performance and business requirements . Certain requirements will be specified as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The requirements will synthesize inputs from suppliers, operators, classification societies, governments, and recyclers. They are the output of T2.2.

Dissemination and Communication Plan (si apre in una nuova finestra)

The Dissemination and Communication plan will detail stakeholder engagement through multiple media channels (social media, web, conferences, webinars). It will target participants in the value chain and other complimentary research and development efforts. It will contain provisions for protection of personal data and a schedule of all Current Direct events. It is an output of T9.2 and describes the activities of T9.3.

The Project Management Plan V2 will include a review of progress in project based on Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) consiting of a schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks. It will be revised a last time in month 66. It is driven by all 4 subtasksin WP10.

This report will verify that the Smart Cell Supervisor can communicate with out interruption in the full shipboard EMC spectrum. It will also provide uninterrupted functionality through the same EMC sweeps. This is an output of T4.3.

Design Recommendations for the Current Direct Waterborne Transport Battery will clearly describe verifiable, independent performance, safety, and cost requirements. Certain requirements will be specified as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The requirements will synthesize inputs from suppliers, operators, classification societies, governments, and recyclers. They are the output of T2.1 and T2.5.

Standards for Power & Communications (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Standards will be recommended for the mechanical, power, and communications interfaces of the Current Direct battery and shore charging system using the requirements from WP2 and stakeholder engagement from WP9. This is an ouput of T7.1 and T7.2.

The study at product of T8.4 will recommend specific locations for Current Direct charging infrastructure based on current and projected traffic on European inland and coastal routes. It will include existing electrical infrastructure and costs for upgrades or localized energy storage. It will incorporate electricity pricing by location.

The tested composite structure material properties will be reported versus the state of the art combination of discrete materials. Pass fail criteria will be based on the requirements from WP2. This is an output of T4.4.

The production process efficiency analysis and upgrade report will make recommendations for changes in the production process and product design to enhance manufacturing efficiency for both the cell and battery pack as production scales. It will include measurable cost and time saving targets with a return on investment for capital expenditures. This is the output of T7.5.

Design Recommendations for the Current Direct Waterborne Transport Battery's Ship and Shore Interfaces will clearly describe verifiable, independent performance, safety, and cost requirements. Certain requirements will be specified as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The requirements will synthesize inputs from suppliers, operators, classification societies, governments, and recyclers. They are the output of T2.3 and T2.4.

The Data Management Plan (DMP)will specify what data will be open by detailing what data the project will generate, whether and how it will be exploited or made accessible for verification and re-use, and how it will be curated and preserved. It is an output of T10.4 and T9.2.
