BREWING TECHNOLOGY AND ENGINEERING - MANUALS OF BEST PRACTICE IN RELATION TO PRODUCT QUALITY AND SAFETY, IMPROVED PROCESS EFFICIENCY AND REDUCED ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

Objective



The aim of the proposal is to increase the knowledge and technical standards in the European brewing industry.

This will be achieved through 25 sub-projects covering all the sub-areas of brewing from malting to packaging. Many efforts will be put into the exchange of information between the partners.
