Obiettivo

The TMF-STANDARD project addresses the issue of standardization of the thermo-mechanical fatigue (TMF) test within the framework of the ISO/TC164/SC5/WG9 Working Group on TMF. The proposal responds to the GROWTH Programme, Dedicated call-04/2000, Topic III-14. It sets out to perform the pre-normative R&D and the validation testing and analysis of the data necessary to provide a common EU input into the ISO standards drafting process in the form of a validated Code-of-Practice for TMF testing.
