Cel Description:The Frankfurt University Centre for Biomolecular NMR which is operated by the Institute of Biophysical Chemistry and the Institute of OrganicChemistry was opened on 1 February 1996. The main purpose of the facility with respect to structural genomics is the determination of solution structures of proteins and nucleic acids using multidimensional NMR spectroscopy. Within the facility access is available to the following installations: Avance 800 MHz, DRX 800 MHz, Avance 900 MHz (expected in July 2002), DMX 600 MHz, DRX 600 MHz, DRX 600 MHz, DRX 600 MHz, DMX 500 MHz, and DRX 500 MHz and AMX 400 MHz NMR spectrometers; workstations and other computer facilities, fermentation and biochemical installations for stable isotope enrichment. The minimum of access offered will be 640 NMR spectrometer days for the period of 3 years. This access will be provided free of all charge to the user groups given access to the facility and will include all infrastructural, logistical, technical and scientific support (including training courses) that is normally provided to external users of the facility.Total amount of access under the contract: 653 days Total number of users who benefited from the contract: 27Project Manager: Heinz Rueterjans Institute of Biophysical Chemistry Marie-Curie-Str. 9 Frankfurt am Main 60439 Germany Tel: +49-69-79829631 Fax: +49-69-79829632 E-Mail: hruet@bpc.uni-frankfurt.de Dziedzina nauki natural sciencesbiological sciencesgeneticsnatural sciencesbiological sciencesbiochemistrybiomoleculesnucleic acidsnatural sciencesbiological sciencesbiochemistrybiomoleculesproteinsnatural sciencesphysical sciencesopticsspectroscopyabsorption spectroscopyengineering and technologyindustrial biotechnologybioprocessing technologiesfermentation Program(-y) FP5-HUMAN POTENTIAL - Programme for research, technological development and demonstration on "Improving the human research potential and the socio-economic knowledge base" (1998-2002) Temat(-y) 1.4.1.-2. - Access to Research Infrastructures Zaproszenie do składania wniosków Data not available System finansowania LFC - Access to Research Infrastructures Koordynator JOHANN WOLFGANG GOETHE UNIVERSITAET FRANKFURT Wkład UE Brak danych Adres 7,Marie-Curie-Strasse 9 60439 FRANKFURT AM-MAIN Niemcy Zobacz na mapie Koszt całkowity Brak danych
