IST programme-user satisfaction to be assessed
The European Commission's Information Society DG is inviting tenders for a study measuring IST (information society technologies) programme end-user satisfaction with programme management mechanisms. This notice covers a study that will provide input to the annual monitoring of the IST programme. The annual monitoring exercise addresses a wide range of issues, including the impact of the IST programme management mechanisms on the end-user (project participant). All stages of the project lifecycle, from calls for proposals through to proposal submission, feedback to proposers, project negotiation and project management are looked at. A key issue is the end-user satisfaction with the programme management mechanisms. There are many different ways of systematically gathering data and measuring end-user satisfaction; the purpose of this study is to identify the most effective and efficient means for the IST programme and, using the available data, provide some benchmark data on end-user satisfaction for the annual monitoring exercise. For further information, please contact: European Commission Directorate-General Information Society rue de la Loi/Wetstraat 200 B-1049 Brussels Tel: +32 2 296 36 22 Fax: +32-2-296 66 13
