Functional foods technology partnership event
The event is aimed at industry, public and private research and development (R&D) institutions and universities working on:
- raw materials and related methods for the extraction of healthy substances;
- production processes regarding innovative food products;
- methods for the transportation and release in the organism of the substances contained in the foods;
- beverages with elements naturally extracted from fruits, vegetables and other raw or by-product materials.
In the scientific seminar, experts in functional foods will focus on the new trends of this kind of products and processes. This will be followed by presentations of innovative technology profiles on processes and products developed by research centres, universities and companies.
