WaterstofNet will develop appropriate dissemination materials for the events (see task T2.4) to which it participates or organises. These materials include project slide-packs, posters, banners, flyers, take-aways (e.g. pens, USB sticks, key-holders) as well as visual identity (logo, identifiers). These materials will be shaped as much as possible in the standardised sizes/shapes of the fuel cell module that the project will conclude upon.
Standard API definitionSINTEF and AVL will define the Application Programming Interface API including diagnostic and prognostic functions which will be based on the CAN bus which is already a de facto standard in the industry The API will be coupled with opensource drivers for at least one relevant hardware architecture documentation on the communication protocol between FCMs and OEM systems and a standardised physical connector The API will provide plugandplay capability to add power to a system by connecting more FCMs into its slots handling configuration operations internally OEMs and FCM suppliers will contribute their expertise and practice in order to make the digital interface easily adaptable to the industrys current de facto standards
Standard size definitionVDL shall define the maximum size of FC modules and their interface areas for the different power rangeswith input from all OEMs for maximum available space claim and other relevant specifications for all applications VDL will define other relevant physical specifications mechanical aftersales serviceabilityetc for the identified standard sizes which will be validated by FCM suppliers
Standard interface definitionVDL will define the flow connections for the different power ranges gas liquid electric including their number capacity and physical layout and how multiple units will interact in a multiFCM setup OEMs will provide input on the required connections for their specific applications and as long as possible on their market sector in general FCM suppliers will validate the feasibility of the proposed standard and suggest modifications to improve FCM properties such as robustness reliability and lifetime
Recommendations for environmental, performance and safety assessmentCEA will prepare a series of recommendations for the test protocols to be developed in T5.3 to ensure their relevance to RCS for safety, environment and performance, based on T6.1 and CEA experience in PEMFC system testing methodology. These shall include equipment under test, working environment and tolerances, tests preparation, sequence order and combination of tests, and a table of possible and suitable tests. TNO and FEV will evaluate the technical feasibility and prioritisation of these recommendations for inclusion into the experimental protocols of T5.3.
RCS overview reportCEA will analyse and compile relevant existing regulations codes and standards for the operation of hydrogen fuelcell systems with focus on the EU and other important markets for project participants FPS will assist CEA in the specific domain of inland and sea navigation while CEA will be responsible forlandbased applications FCM suppliers will share with CEA their experience and best practice on RCS including external functional specifications risk analyses datasheets and user manuals for their currently certified fuelcell systems
OEM integration of standard FCMDamen will lead the consortium's OEMs to provide their experience in defining best practices for integration of the StasHH standard FCMs into their applications.OEMs will provide experience from their specific field in regard to safety, cooling system, air and hydrogen feed, and integration with pre-existing electrical and control systems.
WaterstofNet will set up operate and maintain the project website and increase its visibility through interlinking with relevant related project websites projects in the fuel cell and HD enduser segment WaterstofNet will set up operate and maintain the projects socialnetwork and media accounts eg Twitter LinkedIn to inform the public stakeholders including OEMs outside the consortium projects organisations about the progress of the project and important milestones reached
