Communication and dissemination strategy to be implemented by partners including the Public Engagement Strategy and the Strategic Communication Plan aimed at teenagers It will be an open document that will be adapted to the target population and channels along with the whole project

Compilation of documents and tools needed for conducting the implementation in WP3

Regular reports detailing the activities carried out to disseminate and communicate the project and its results

A report including a summary of the implementation of the intervention from the experiences in the countries will be delivered

Guidelines with the lessons learnt from focus groups and Makeathons will be delivered The guidelines will ensure harmonisation and timely conduction of the interventions inline with the highest quality and ethical standards Materials for delivering the intervention will be also annexed as well as instruments for collecting data eg registry tables for the recruitment followup and monitoring etc

Participants ECSA IISPV and EMCA guide for a successful implementation of the Makeathons will be shared among all partners with the initial instructions and lessons learnt from its implementation

Report with the ethical management plan to be applied the full SEEDS project It will include ethical guidelines to facilitate the implementation of ethical issues in pilot sites and corresponding templates

Participants CoR and UOEA report collecting main learnings from the design implementation and evaluation will be released open to consultation and then finally delivered

Report with the project structure and all the necessary information and guidance to ensure that all costs are incurred respecting H2020 rules and provisions
