This deliverable relates to the second subtask of the Task T2.1 comprising results of characterized properties of the bioinks, relevant for bioprinting (flowability, construct rigidisation, viscosity, shear properties, nozzle compatibility, rate, printing precision, etc.) and for the cells com¬pa¬ti¬bi¬lity during and after the printing pro-cess.

The first operational version of the LIFESAVER (opens in new window)

D5.1 Demonstrated the first operational version of the LIFESAVER microfluidic system with proper controls and interfaces (M18) (ELV, INL, i3S). This deliverable relates to T5.1 including results of the demonstration of the feasibility of operation of the microfluidic hardware with the proper controls and ad sensors.

Feasible hACM tissues for RACE construction (opens in new window)

D2.1. Demonstration of feasible hACM-based tissues prepared for RACE construction (M24) (EVCYT, UCSC, i3S, NUI, INRIM). This deliverable relates to the first subtask of the Task T2.1 comprising results and demon-stration of suitability of autologous/allogenic from another hACM source to be re-printed back in a controlled manner.

MCDA tool for analysis of biodigital twin data (opens in new window)

D4.4 Demonstrated MCDA tool for analysis of the biodigital twin data (M36) (ES, INRIM, SEQ). This deliverable connects with T4.4, including demonstration of the application of the MCDA method integrating LIFESAVER outcomes and endpoints.

D2.4. Demonstration of improved and feasible bioprinted REPE construct (M36) (CELLINK, INL, i3S, NUI, EVCYT). This deliverable is linked to T2.3 comprising the results and demonstration of the imporved biofabricated REPE element for in vitro testing.
