This deliverable is directly linked to Task 2.5. It will consist of the relevant files of the produced 3D models for ARSINOE use cases. These models will support navigations in the respective case study environments, the pathways identified through co-creation processes, and various settings to enable ARSINOE Systems Innovation Approach.
This deliverable directly links to Task 15 It will describe the Findability Accessibility Interoperability and Reuse FAIR principles of the initial ARSINOE digital assets being developed in the first 6 months of the project according to the European Data Strategy and the Horizon 2020 Open Research Data Pilot ORD It will describe issues regarding Data Management standards and formats open licence curation preservation The deliverable will also include a description of the exploitation of Argos tool in the Data Management of ARSINOE Finally it will report the progress of the specific versions released M6
Data Management Plan_2This deliverable directly links to Task 15 It will describe the Findability Accessibility Interoperability and Reuse FAIR principles of the ARSINOE digital assets being developed from month 7 to month 18 of the project according to the European Data Strategy and the Horizon 2020 Open Research Data Pilot ORD It will describe issues regarding Data Management standards and formats open licence curation preservation The deliverable will also include a description of the exploitation of Argos tool in the Data Management of ARSINOE Finally it will report the progress of the specific versions released M18
This deliverable is directly linked to Task 62 It will consist of a combined report describing the progress of the implementation of the System Innovation Approach in each case study identifying stakeholders through a dynamic stakeholder mapping describing the implementation of the stakeholder engagement activities for cocreation and defining appropriate KPIs for monitoring the progress of each case study in collaboration with the stakeholders
Initial Roadmap and monitoring plan for the activities and actions at the Case StudiesThis deliverable is directly linked to Task 61 It will consist of a roadmap that will foster and guide collaboration and coordination of activities for each CS for the implementation of the SIA The initial roadmap will consider the particularities of each CS and the needs and objectives of each WP It will particularly focus on a the stakeholder engagement activities workshops interviews etc within the CS that will contribute to particular WPs especially WP2 b organisation of preparatory actions for the implementation of modelling activities WP3 WP4 for the System Innovation Approach c organisation coordination and reporting of specific KPIs developed in T62 for each CS This deliverable will also describe a monitoring plan for all these activities
Updated (2nd version) Implementation status and monitoring of the roadmap for the activities and actions at the Case StudiesThis deliverable is directly linked to Task 61 It will constitute a second updated version of living document D61D62D63
Description of stakeholder mapping for case studiesThis deliverable is directly linked to Task 21 It will include the description of the Case Studies stakeholders network before working with it during ARSINOE It will list the stakeholders in each case study an describe their behaviours their relationships and how the network is connected as well as the multisectoral dynamics in each case study
Scientific quality assurance plan and ethical considerationsThis deliverable links to Task 12 Task 13 and Task 14 It will include the ethics consent forms It will describe the progress timeline and possible ethical considerations regarding the implementation of deliverables and milestones It will report all relative descriptive KPIs to assure and control quality The deliverable will also report reorganisation of work if needed and the preparation of the scientific part of the periodic reports
Climate projections for multi-hazard and multi-sectoral risk assessment (common baseline across cases)_InitialClimate scenario baseline across cases This deliverable is directly linked to Task 33 It describes the defined common climate scenario baseline across the project and the associated projections of multihazards and multirisks tailored to each CS and innovation package at the appropriate scales and under different baseline climate change scenarios This will include CSrelevant information on gradually changing climate conditions eg temperature precipitation solar radiation sea level rise on climate extremes such as drought extreme rains storms and select compound events like storm surges and associated risks like flooding and water scarcity
Conceptualization of ARSINOE Collective Intelligence Knowledge GraphThis deliverable is directly linked to Task 43 and to subtask 431 and 432 It will describe the conceptualisation of the ARSINOE Knowledge Graph the approach followed for bridging concepts and knowledge from various disciplines and enabling the realisation of participatory SES modelling This report will describe the conceptualization development and interlinking of concepts related to environmental processes behavioural modelling social structures environmental economics and policies
"Newsletters #1, #2 and #3"This deliverable focuses on Task 81 It will provide the first second and third newsletter in a final version as it has been published and communicated
Strategy for the dissemination and exploitation of project resultsThis deliverable is directly related to Task 82 It will detailedly describe ARSINOEs plan of dissemination of project results a clear strategy for dissemination of the projects results that will define how the results will be shared with the three tiers stakeholders and how their impact will be maximised through the organisation of workshops events etc in collaboration with the WP6 Leader It will also report the dissemination channels mobilised such as online dissemination nonelectronic dissemination and physical interactive dissemination
Project videoThis deliverable corresponds to Task 81 It will report on the creation of a 3 minutes video presenting the ARSINOE project to be used to communicate about the project and at various events
This deliverable is directly linked to Task 81 and will detail the design and structure of the website It will provide an overview of the landing page of the website and the different tabs it will explain how the website is structured and the different content in each section
First policy briefThis deliverable is directly linked to Task 83 This first policy brief will constitute an analysis on how the current directives and policies in place are having an impact on the use cases and areas of the project activities
