Midterm progress report on realist review

The midterm progress report will summarise the fundings half way the duration of this particular study. The final manuscript will be ready for submission by month 12. The results of the review are used to inform the creators of the shared decision support tool(WP5) as well as the methodology for the RCT (WP6).

Paper published on qualitative interviews

NDR, together with the other WP participants, will prepare and publish at least one academic paper based on the results of the qualitative interviews.

Midterm recruitment report of of qualitative studies

The midterm recruitment report will report upon the progress of the study and the number of clinicians and patients interviewed halfway the duration of this qualitative study.

Paper published on the flash mob research

Based on the report on the results of the flash mob research on clinicaltrials.gov, an academic paper will be prepared and published by UMCM.

Report on Delphi platform setup

Report describing the setup of the Delphi platform.

Report on findings of the realist review on PROSPERO

This report will summarise the findings of the realist review. The results of the review are used to inform the creators of the shared decision support tool (WP5) as well as the methodology for the RCT (WP6).

Initial dissemination and exploitation plan including communication activities

The initial dissemination plan will set the overall objectives for all communications and dissemination efforts within SERENITY. A strategy for the developing and disseminating of position papers, guidelines, and information pamphlets in lay language, organising webinars, and developing eLearning modules on the optimal use of the shared decision support tool will be drafted. The dissemination and communication plan will be finalised after internal discussions and alignment with the major scientific and patient organisations in Europe relevant to the topic.
