A validated suite of tools for assessing fish origin, quality (freshness) and safety, including detection of antibiotics, toxins and pathogens (opens in new window)Advanced suite of tools for seafood quality, safety and traceability within the supply chain will integrate three different approaches: microbiome, genetic biomarkers and stable isotopes.
