Data Management Plan

It is the output of Task 1.5 and it corresponds to the initial Data Management Plan (DMP) and provides the data management policies and strategies to be adopted by DIVINE. It outlines how the research data collected or generated will be handled during DIVINE, providing details on the types of data to be collected / generated, the methodology and standards used for their collection, whether and how this data will be shared and/or made open, and how it will be curated and preserved. It will be a living document and will be updated at M18 (version to be integrated in D1.3) and M36 (version to be integrated in D1.4), and if necessary earlier if significant changes arise.

Project Report Year 1

It is the output of Tasks 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5. It reports over the admin, technical, integration, innovation, and ethics management activities for the overall project for Y1. It also integrates the Project Management Handbook (M01), which provides a description of all management, administrative and communication protocols for DIVINE..

Global outreach, dissemination, standardisation and external collaboration plan and activities

Strategy and planning for global communication and dissemination activities, as well as the report for standardisation of project outputs. Initial version of strategy and plan to be released at M03 (internal document), and final at M18, escorted by report on the related activities conducted until then. It is the joint output of Tasks 7.2 and 7.3.

MAA activity planning, roadmap and initial results

Processes & procedures for the governance of MAA activities including means to mobilise stakeholders and engage them in DIVINE activities. Capture the promotion material created to engage various stakeholders. Initial version of MAA roadmap to be released at M03 (internal report), and final at M18, escorted by the initial MAA results until then. It is the output of Task 7.4.

Agri data sharing policy framework adoption manual and guidelines - Release 1

This is the output of Task 6.2 to be used by the pilots, but also to enable the DIVINE policy framework adoption outside the project. It corresponds to its initial release expected right before the pilot round 1 kick-off.

Development & integration of agri data sharing governance models, policies and regulations - Release 1

This report presents applicable regulatory requirements & design principles extracted; data-sharing models & policies developed; and captures the prototype integration of these in ADSE. It corresponds to their initial release expected right before the pilot round 1 kick-off. It captures outputs of Tasks 6.1 an 6.2.
