D5.1 Technical concept of a digital twin

Based on the requirements identified the conceptual design of CRISTAL digital twin architecture will be built. Interfaces and data flow mechanisms between the components including sensors, platforms, external information systems and CRISTAL software components will also be specified in this deliverable.

D6.1 Analysis of AS-IS situation of River Pilots.

D6.1 provides innovation implementation & assessment plans including infrastructure corridor analysis and simulation-based analysis of predicted flows.

D2.1 Interface specification and system architecture preliminary requirements

D2.1 represents the Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) of the CRISTAL technology platform. CRISTAL technology platform acquires data from sensors technologies developed in CRISTAL, stores and processes them to provide useful, easily accessible, and usable information to the pilots, in terms of KPIs, via dedicated Apps and Dashboards. D2.1 specifies the intended use, the intended audience (i.e. stakeholders, asset managers, etc.) and the user needs of CRISTAL technology platform for each of the pilots. D2.1 specifies the following requirements for CRISTAL technology platform: functional requirements, external interface requirements, interoperability with existing and already in use platforms at the pilots, system features, non-functional requirements (e.g. performance, safety, security, quality).

D8.1 French RP Specification and Baseline measurements

Report on French River Pilot assumptions including: 1. Aim of the pilot; 2. Assumptions for pilot execution; 3. Research methodology and measurement of outputs; 4. Expected results structure;

D1.1 Domain Map, Vision Statement and Requirements 

The resulting roadmap will outline and prioritize the processes that need changing in order to achieve the vision of a (almost) fully available inland waterway infrastructure including ready to use and low resistance fallback solutions.

D3.1 Specifications on synchromodal transport management systems, components and services [R, PU]

Defining the main requirements and specifications of the synchro-modal transport management system, its components and services: Use cases and architecture definition and guidelines on international standards.

D4.1 Detailed requirements for the assessment method

In this report the detailed feasibility requirements for the Living Labs (LL) governance framework are collected, by understanding the logistic ecosystems, creating a plan to develop the Living Lab, and elaborating on the agreement between all actors across the three cases.

D1.3 Roadmaps as Blueprints for Wider Applicability and Use

This deliverable will define the main aspects of the strategic vision, as requirements, solutions, current and future operations and economic risks of stakeholders.

D4.2 Development of a living labs governance framework

In this report the generic governance framework is developed. This governance framework has as goal to mitigate disruptions on the IWT network. This entails both the operations of the vessels (corridor management) as well as the (predictive) maintenance of the IWT infrastructure (WP2 technologies).

D3.2 Guidelines for the sustainability and resilience of IWT&L

"The guidelines will be based on the ISO 22301 Business continuity management systems, ISO 37123, Sustainable cities and communities – Indicators for resilient cities, ISO/TS 22375:2018 Security and resilience — Guidelines for complexity assessment process, ISO 1406x series for assessing and verifying GHG emissions, ISO 14090 Managing the impact of climate change, ISO 22320:2018 Emergency management — Guidelines for incident management, ISO 55001 Asset management , ISO 14001 Environmental quality management, ISO 50001 Energy Management System, ISO 26000 social accountability, ""Taxonomy"" Regulation EU 852/2020, Dir.CE 95/2014 Corporate sustainability reporting on the social and environmental impacts of their activities, EC TAXONOMY."

D4.3 Development of the business models

This report will describe the business models and how they quantify the main cost and benefits of the potential implementation of the developed technologies in WP2 and the corridor management system (WP3). It will describe the business models developed for the technologies in WP2 and for the corridor management plan (WP3). The report will be presented to a Joint Workshop with Advisory Board, pilot partners and Stakeholders to validate the developed business models.

D11.1 Development of the Project Dissemination and Communication Plan

Reports the dissemination and communication plan developed that defines the strategy and specific steps to identify the target audiences and communication actions. The plan will describe a wide range of diverse activities to inform as wide an audience as possible against the Key Performance Indicators to assess and monitor the success of the actions.

D1.2 Stakeholders Evaluation and Key Innovative Technology Assessment 

This deliverable will define the main aspects of the strategic vision, as requirements, solutions, current and future operations and economic risks of stakeholders Also key technology needs will be evaluated, considering the solutions for better year-round use of inland navigation resources, infrastructure management, infrastructure monitoring technologies and corridor management systems.
