A dictionary of the patterns of endogenous spiking of proteinoid ensembles

Report on the design and manufacturing of the experimental setup for recording electrical activity of living composites in a controlled environment, and, from the results, develop a dictionary of the patterns of endogenous spiking of proteinoid ensembles.

The project website will be operational by M2 and continuously updated thereafter across the duration of the project. The domain www.fungateria.eu will be procured.The project website will be a first port of call for external access to information relating to the project. The website will be a gateway to multimedia presentations, open software, hardware, research papers and SoMe channels and contains the social media links.

Mapping emerging ethical, social and environmental issues for EML technologies

Report on the mapping of emerging ethical, social and environmental issues for EML technologies with special attention to identified issues of concern that are overlappingwith SDGs such as “sustainable cities and communities” and “responsible and consumption and production”.

Design and hardware implementation of initial digital twin prototype (DTP)

This deliverable reports on the design and hardware implementation of an initial Digital Twin Prototype (DTP) using and an accumulation of modelling methods (i.e., finite element methods, cellular automata, various neural networks) to mimic the production of ELMs and, most important, their electrical behavior.

Community portal

Community portal is established and populated with preliminary resources. The aim of the portal is to provide a broader insight into ELM development, beyond the focus of the Fungateria project.

Portfolio of ELM designs as digital models

Portfolio of digital designs for ELM morphologies informed by data on qualitative andquantitative parameters such as anticipated biomass generation, distribution and type of functionalities, computational capabilities and morphological development.
