Engagement strategy and social acceptance KPIs (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The report will produce specific social KPIs to monitor and assess the achievable impact in terms of social acceptance. The identification and the selection of the KPIs will come from the existing coherent literature and from the outcomes of the D1.1 taking care the residents ’perceptions. The KPIs will be part of the monitoring cockpit during the implementation of the engagement activities. The report will also contain a set of tailored engagement strategies to involve stakeholders and build with them a sustainable and credible path to change. The strategies will be planned in coordination with WP3, WP4 and WP5.

Plan for Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation of Results - Part 1 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Report planning the SUPERSHINE CDE to be coupled with the project’s Results and Stakeholder Mapping (T6.2). The deliverable will integrate the framework analysis coming from WP1 with additional key enablers for replication and exploitation purposes ad EU level. The strategy will be complied with dedicated outreach and engagement activities (T6.3). The first release of the deliverable will contain a visual identity and related materials (flyer, presentation video) and the online communication channels (a landing page directly linking to the SUPERSHINE portal and social media). Finally, there will be a dedicated CDE for each LH and Fellow District to implement their local CDE strategies.

Policy reviews and prospects for social housing in the Fellow City countries and regions - Part 1 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The deliverable contains the census of the socio-economic realities on the ground in the individual SUPERSHINE Fellow City’s to understand the state of public-cooperative-social housing policy in their countries and regions. There is a critical assessment of technical, social and financial aspects compared to the requirements of MEPS foreseen in the revised EPBD and in the Fitfor55 frameworks. The report will be part of the Blueprint models.

SUPERSHINE survey collection and descriptive statistics – Part 1 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The report will be built on 20 customized surveys per country to harvest raw data to further validate and replicate the SUPERSHINE analysis. Data will cover the social acceptance, the financial, environmental, economic and social LCA. Finally, the low carbon technologies and energy efficiency in social housing and district, as well the social engagement and the social innovation will be identified as pivotal variables.

Feasibility studies for the lighthouse districts – Part 1 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The report will be a holistic and standalone full set of feasibility studies for the SUPERSHINE solutions one per each of the three Lighthouse district. Ultimately, it will host an intake form to feed into the blueprint model related deliverable (D5.2) The report will provide proof-of-concept for the solution and policies implementability. Not only the technological point of view but even the energy comfort and poverty, the social needs will be measured.

Library of Key Exploitable Results and stakeholder mapping (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The report identifies analyses the KERs and IPR assessment cross checked with partners’ exploitation options. A partners’ IP background and foreground will be consolidated. The KREs identified with the KERs owners will be defined based on 2 key variables (interest and potential impact). There will be created a position-map that will determine the most appropriate engagement strategy for each stakeholder.

LCA and SLCA - Part 1 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The report perform a Life Cycle Assessment and Cost (LCA and LCC) by using SIMAPRO as one of the most representative LCA software in the market including the latest in science- based methods and databases such as Environmental Footprint, Eco invent, ELCD, among others. To this end the following activities will be performed: a) Definition of the goal, system boundaries and relevant key performance indicators (social, environmental and economic indicators); b) Development of the Life Cycle Inventory (LCI) where the input and output flows of the system will be classifying and collected from previous task and partner involved in the project and complemented with other databases or literature if needed according to the modelling perspective chosen; c) Performance of the impact assessment in order to convert the inventory flows into impacts on the relevant indicators defined previously and d) Analysis of the results, interpretation and conclusions. Similar to the LCA a Social Life Cycle Assessment (S-LCA) will be performed to assess the social impact of the SUPERSHINE solutions.

Analysis of bottom-up business models, Cost Benefit Analysis and crowdfunding strategy - Part 1 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The report will contain an analysis of the existing business models for energy efficiency renovation of social housing buildings in each region/country targeted by SUPERSHINE, exploiting the financial and socio-economic variables driving the data collection in Task 2.1. The report will include tailored KPIs definition and formulation at various levels of granularity (e.g. building, block and district level; timeframe, yearly). The report will also contain a) initial assessments of social housing provider and tenant needs; b) selection of appropriate financial instruments; c) tenure call for private sector actors to utilise the financial instrument; d) selection of relevant private sector actors who applied to participate. In addition the report wil have attuned financial instruments suitable to realise final project outcomes. Other two tools will be hosted in the report: the CBA opened to social discount rate; and the definition and implementation of Crowdfunding strategy for SUPERSHINE lighthouse districts (related to task 3.3).

Set of social, environmental, economic and financial key performance indicators (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The report will be a baseline for the D3.4 when performing the LCA and the Social LCA. Indeed, the report will define representative metrics and indexes for the evaluation process of the SUPERSHINE solutions implementation in the lighthouse districts. The indexes of the CBA will be extended with environmental impact (CBAE) to assess the global cost benefits and drawbacks of the SUPERSHINE solutions implemented within the project. To do so, a set of primarily techno/economic oriented KPIs will be defined as part of D.3.2. The impacts for all the main stakeholders: will be analysed.
