Risultati finali
This deliverable is related to T52 and T53 Selection of ISOS accelerated aging protocol to study intrinsic and extrinsic cell stability CEA M3 among the aging conditions described and recommended in ISOS recommendation reference paper the available and most relevant aging procedures will be selected It will consider the most important factors light temperature and humidity single stress or combination In addtion of the accelerated aging outdoor test procedures will be also detailed
Technology exploitation roadmap (si apre in una nuova finestra)This deliverable is part of T7.4 and aims to report a roadmap of all exploitation activities, market analysis and potential exploitation scenarios within DIAMOND project, under the coordination of PIX and support from all industrial partners (SNX, DYE and BeD), as the main end users and potential exploiters of this technology. It will be undertaken during the implementation stage (M24) and at the end of the project (M36). This roadmap will foresee the potential commercial use of DIAMOND solution, and also future use of knowledge gained within the project (i.e. of research results that cannot be commercially exploited). The definition of exploitation paths to the industrial sector will be made in cooperation with independent experts/advisors, who will contribute by reviewing and validation the envisaged plans.
Report on crystalline and stable α-FAPbI3 and Pb-Sn perovskite from scalable techniques. (si apre in una nuova finestra)This deliverable is related to T1.1 and aims at increasing the crystallinity and enhance the stability both of -FAPbI3 and Pb-Sn perovskite by addition of large organic cations and ionic liquid additives. The long organic cations, mostly containing an ammonium group have the double role of slowing down the crystallization and passivating surface and grain defects. Ionic liquids will be used to tune the crystallization and decrease the crystallization defects
Report on carbon-electrode based PSC with PCE ≥ 21% and roadmap to PCE ≥ 23% with long-term stability (si apre in una nuova finestra)This deliverable is related to T2.3 and will summarize the developments and results achieved to realize high performance (PCE 21%) perovskite solar cells based on carbon electrodes. Taking into account results from WP1 on novel materials, a roadmap towards long-term stable carbon-electrode based cells with PCE 23% will be presented.
Quality Assurance Report (si apre in una nuova finestra)A Quality Assurance report will be compiled within T8.4 and delivered before the mid-term review at M18. This will ensure standards have been met, including a set of indicators for project evaluation on quality, impact, engagement, gender and equality, and share the use of these in relevant tools such as the Gender Equality Action Plan. Regular quality.
Report on carbon electrode with optimized conductivity and charge selectivity. (si apre in una nuova finestra)This report will be a result of the development work on anode materials in Task 1.4. The carbon electrode should be highly conductive (<5 ohm/square) and chemically compatible with the underlying layers in a perovskite, i.e. not dissolve or react with the underlying layers. Moreover, the charge selectivity of the carbon layer should be tailored to promote - at the interface to perovskite - high extraction of holes whereas electrons are repelled without sustaining losses of the lateral conductivity of the carbon in its function as low-resistive back electrode.
Report on development, optimization and implementation of laser-sealing method to the fabrication of PSM (si apre in una nuova finestra)The report covers activities performed until M24 on T4.1, T4.2 and T4.3. Finite element model results will be reported for the mechanical stress and strain. Optimal conditions for the laser-sealing will be evaluated with standard tests, and results will be reported. Various deposition methods with minimal loss associated to the laser-sealing implementation will be explored by partners and results will be reported.
Report on Pb-Sn based PSC with PCE ≥ 22% and roadmap to PCE ≥ 24% with long-term stability (si apre in una nuova finestra)This deliverable is related to T2.2 and will be achieved by combining the efforts of WP1 towards the increase of the material quality (increasing the crystallinity and decreasing the number of defects), with the best devices stack geometry and electron and hole transport layers developed in WP2. Overall the deliverable will pin point which steps should be made towards >24% efficiency in Pb-Sn perovskite devices.
Report on the first operation of novel developed MPPT with 100 channels (si apre in una nuova finestra)Continuous maximum Power Point Tracking of 100 solar cells over 100 hours continuous illumination will be demonstrated within T5.2. For this, adapted sample holders will be constructed, the according measurement electronics set up, data logging installed and software programmed and successfully tested.
Report on life-cycle, critical materials, techno-economic, and social assessment (si apre in una nuova finestra)This report summarizes the findings of the work performed in T6.1 and T6.2. A comprehensive sustainability and cost assessment for DIAMOND modules will be presented, as well as an inventory of potential materials for perovskite cells and modules developed in the project, assessing their criticality.
Project Management Handbook (si apre in una nuova finestra)The Project Management Handbook PMH will be assembled within T84 Quality assurance and impact monitoring to ensure quality assurance processes for all project deliverables and published publications The PMH will also include a detailed Project Management Plan with a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure WBS
Report on optimized HTL and ETL for optimal junction (si apre in una nuova finestra)This deliverable is related to T1.2. Optimized selective contacts passivate the interface with the perovskites and extract charge carriers without significant voltage losses.
Dissemination, exploitation and communication plan (si apre in una nuova finestra)This deliverable reports the plan for the dissemination exploitation including communication PDEC activities within T71 and T72 of the DIAMOND project which will be delivered at M6 and updated at months 12 24 and 36 A project website will be developed and launched at the begin of the project M6 to further assist in the spreading of project news the wide perception of the goals and the consortium involved open access scientific publications will be made available The PDEC will consider the target audiences as central elements both academic and industrial during the three years of the project
Report on highest efficient PSC with PCE ≥ 26% and roadmap to PCE ≥ 27% with long-term stability (si apre in una nuova finestra)This deliverable is related to T2.1 and will be realized by developing methods that suppress -phase to -phase transformation by manipulating the crystallization process, thus ultimately yielding a homogenous pure phase perovskite films with preferred crystal orientation.
The Data Management Plan DMP will be prepared in T83 based on FAIR principles defined by the EC The DMP will serve for an optimal identification storage labeling and distribution among the partners and ensure proper publication The DMP will be updated annually after first version in M6
