Deliverables

Conceptual design and pre-planning for pilot and demonstrator report (opens in new window)

This report will reflect the work done by the multidisciplinary focus groups with experts and end-users to to co-create a new ICT instrumentalized toolkit for lifestyle assessment to prevent CVD based on Mediterranean diet culture; and to implement the preparatory steps, and institutional framework, for a demonstrator to highlight good practices and health outcomes from ICT-supported rehabilitation strategies of stroke survivors. The report will also address the proposed roadmap to identify and characterize the population cohorts to be involved in the appropriate pilots and demonstrators (territory mapping exercise contemplating urban and rural settings, located in Center Region of Portugal and in Crete).

CHAngeing educational portfolio (opens in new window)

An innovative educational program will be developed, resulting from collaborative initiatives and synergies synergies between PhD programs in health and ageing-related topics based at the UoC/FORTH and UC, to train master’s and PhD students. The educational portfolio will reflect the high alignment with the scientific scope of the proposal on ageing and healthy lifestyles, with strong educational elements of innovation and entrepreneurship will be implemented.

Report on barriers, enablers and opportunities to adoption of ICT’s to support healthy lifestyles and CVD patients rehabilitation (opens in new window)

This report will gather a systematic review regarding the barriers, enablers and opportunities for the use of ICT’s, such as digital health technologies reimbursement restrictions, that impair large-scale adoption or the ‘willingness-to-pay’ gap.

Communication, dissemination and exploitation plan (opens in new window)

To deliver a communication, dissemination and exploitation plan based on Open Science practices to boost CHAngeing excellence hubs national and international visibility, containing details concerning communication and dissemination activities targeting: 1) high-impact scientific publications and attraction of new talents to both hubs; 2) citizens; 3) private funding, funding agencies, policymakers and other relevant stakeholders.

Data Management Plan (opens in new window)

The first project deliverable will be a Data Management Plan (DMP) aligned with the article 17 of the Annotated Grant Agreement and using the template provided by the European Commission, where it will be detailed the type of data generated and all the required information on how data lifecycle will be handled. This DMP will be a living document throughout project implementation, updated and enriched every time necessary and if possible, will be registered as a non-restricted public deliverable to assure DMP publication. CHAngeing will produce research, personal and technical data which will be managed accordingly to the FAIR principle and following Horizon Europe guidelines.
