Final report on dissemination and communication activities

A report describing the implementation of dissemination and communication activities throughout the project, and compilation of all the project outputs will be prepared.

A report describing available standards relevant for SURE2COAT will be elaborated.

A report based on SURE2COAT outputs as possible contributions for the elaboration of new standards will be prepared.

A draft of DCP will be elaborated and will be used as guideline for the implementation of dissemination and communication activities.

Common durability assessment procedure

Common durability assessment procedures for performance evaluation of shapes and surface treatments engineered in the project is to be developed in collaboration with research and industry partners. Common procedures will allow for component/coating durability evaluation under comparable and relevant conditions such as corrosive environments, exposure times, temperature regimes/thermal cycling.

Updated version of deliverable 5.3

Cost-benefit analysis

A cost analysis will be completed to quantify the potential saving for each use case through the measured improvement on the different properties affecting their performance in terms of lifetime, heat transfer rate, and thermal conductivity thus minimising capital cost and maximising energy efficiency.

Preliminary report on dissemination and communication activities

A report describing the implementation of dissemination and communication activities and compilation of resulting outputs during the first 12 months of the project will be prepared.

Final report on linking and exploitation activities

A report detailing links to other national and international projects, and other EU initiatives related to SURE2COAT will be prepared.

Demonstrators, pilots, prototypes (1)

Sure2Coat production lines

This deliverable represents the actual Demonstrator of the project integration efforts at SIEM: starting from the technical design, the deployment of the Sure2Coat solutions will be carried out into a manufacturing environment. This involves the realisation of new hardware and software together with their integration with existing legacy systems. A cell/line dedicated to the ST and all the complementary operations will be deployed and tested to satisfy the expected specifications and KPIs.
